Accessibility Statement

What is implemented, what is still being verified, and how to tell us something is wrong.

Trail Range targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website. This statement describes where we actually are, not where we intend to be.

Implemented and verified

  • A skip link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Navigation menus operable by keyboard: dropdowns open on Enter, move with arrow keys, close on Escape, and return focus to the control that opened them.
  • A focus trap in the mobile menu, so keyboard focus cannot escape an open overlay.
  • A visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Semantic landmarks and a single main heading per page.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
  • Product filter results announced through a live region as counts change.
  • Form fields with associated labels, native validation messages, and status messages exposed as alerts.
  • Motion gated behind a reduced-motion preference, and a forced-colors mode fallback.
  • Responsive reflow without horizontal scrolling at mobile and tablet widths.

Still being verified

We have not yet completed independent audit of: text resizing to 200 percent across every route, a full screen-reader pass with more than one assistive technology, contrast verification of every colour pair against every background, and the complete keyboard matrix on interior pages beyond navigation and forms.

Known limitations

Some development-concept imagery carries text within the artwork itself. That text is described in the surrounding page content rather than reproduced in alternative text, because the artwork is presented as a concept rather than as a source of product facts.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us through the general inquiry route on the contact page. Describe the page and what happened. We treat access barriers as defects, not as feature requests. Note that inquiry routing is not yet connected — see the contact page for current status.

Review status. This is working language describing current site behaviour accurately. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and does not yet carry an effective date or a formal conformance claim.
