1. Acceptance

Using this website, or submitting a request for access to Trail Range Grid, means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. They may change as described in section 16.

2. About this site

Trail Range develops animal nutrition and health brands. This site provides general corporate, brand, product-development and partnership information, and hosts one connected form: the Grid access request. Trail Range Grid itself is an internal operations tool with no public pages.

3. Eligibility

This is a business-to-business site. You must be 18 or over to submit a request through it, and you must be asking on behalf of an organisation you are entitled to represent. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

4. Accounts, access and security

This website has no accounts and no sign-in. Trail Range Grid does, and access to it is not self-served: a request is reviewed by a person, an approval is the authority to create an account rather than the account itself, and holding a valid session is not the same thing as being permitted to see anything — access answers to a staff record, checked again by the database on every query.

If you are given Grid access, you are responsible for the security of the email account it is granted against and for what is done under it. Tell us at once if you think it has been used by somebody else. Access can be withdrawn.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit automated, bulk or repeated access requests. Requests are read by people.
• Do not submit somebody else’s personal information, and do not submit confidential or proprietary information through any form on this site.
• Do not attempt to reach Trail Range Grid, or any record in it, without being granted access.
• Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract this site, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation.
• Do not misrepresent who you are or which organisation you act for. Requests are decided on what you say.

6. What the product content represents

Products shown on this site are development concepts unless expressly stated otherwise. Product names, packaging artwork, formats and categories are presented to describe development direction. They are not offers to sell, and they do not establish that a product exists commercially.

Specifically, nothing on this site establishes any product’s formula, ingredient list, guaranteed analysis, feeding directions, package size, shelf life, manufacturing location, certification status, regulatory status, or commercial availability. Where a product record shows a status such as “concept” or “in development,” that status is the accurate description.

7. What the evidence content represents

This site publishes an evidence register citing nutritional standards, regulatory guidance, systematic reviews and controlled studies, together with formulation direction derived from them. That material describes published research on ingredients and nutrient classes. It is background to development decisions.

It is not evidence about any Trail Range finished product, and it is not a claim that any Trail Range product produces any outcome. Each register entry states what the source supports and, separately, what it does not establish. Both halves are part of the record.

8. Not veterinary or professional advice

Nothing here is veterinary, medical, nutritional or professional advice, and nothing here should be used to diagnose, treat, prevent or manage any condition in any animal. Decisions about the care or feeding of an animal should be made with a qualified veterinarian or nutritionist who knows that animal.

9. Inquiries and submissions

Two forms, and they behave differently. The Grid access request is connected: submitting it writes a record that Trail Range staff read and decide. The general inquiry form on the contact page is not connected to any backend and transmits nothing; it says so on screen when you submit it, and submission terms for it will be published before it goes live.

Do not send confidential or proprietary information through either. What you type into the access request is stored as you typed it, and what it collects is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting a request does not create any obligation to grant access, to respond within any period, or to explain a decision beyond the reason recorded with it. A refusal is recorded with a reason; an approval is the authority to provision an account and is not itself an account.

10. Analysis of how the platform is used

Trail Range intends to analyse how the platform is used, including by machine learning, in order to improve it. That analysis does not decide access and does not decide any other outcome affecting you: an access request is decided by a person. No behavioural model is in operation today. The full statement — what it would learn from, what it would not do, and how to object — is in the Privacy Policy, which is the authoritative version rather than a summary of this one.

11. Intellectual property

Trail Range names, logos, brand assets and site content are the property of Trail Range or its licensors. Cited sources belong to their publishers and are linked to their originals rather than reproduced. Nothing here grants a licence to use any of it.

12. Third-party links

Links to external sites, including cited evidence sources and the secure Trail Range Grid application, are provided for reference. We do not control those destinations, their content or their privacy practices.

13. Accuracy, changes to content, and disclaimers

We aim to keep this site accurate and we correct errors when we find them. Content may change without notice as development progresses. Nothing on the site is a commitment to develop, launch, continue or support any product or program.

This site is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or the request form will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trail Range will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trail Range harmless from claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, from information you submit through this site, or from your violation of any law or third-party right.

A monetary cap and the remaining limitation provisions require counsel review and are not stated here. They are absent rather than drafted, because a limitation nobody has reviewed is not a protection.

15. Governing law

A governing-law and dispute-resolution provision has not been issued. Stating a jurisdiction here without counsel would be inventing a fact about where a dispute would be heard, so this section is deliberately empty and will be completed with the approved version.

16. Changes and contact

Substantive changes are published on this page and the revision identifier above changes with them. Questions about these terms go through the Grid access request form, which is the connected route on this site; Trail Range has not published a contact address for legal matters, and pointing you at one that does not exist would be worse than saying so.
